In 1921, in an Italy positioned between the two World Wars and filled with change and innovation, Paluani—a family company specializing in the production of Pandoro, leavened pastries, and puddings—was born in the heart of Verona. Over the years, the company has grown steadily: from the introduction of Panettone and the production of chocolate to environmental sustainability initiatives such as the use of renewable energy and recycled materials.
