A naturally leavened baked pastry product, without candied citrus peel, glazed and decorated with almonds.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, raisins 17%, fresh eggs 13%, sugar, butter (milk), icing 6% (sugar, egg white, sunflower oil, wheat flour, rice flour, almonds 0.3%, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavoring), natural yeast (wheat) 4%, fresh whole pasteurized milk 4%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh egg yolk 1%, almonds 1%, salt, natural flavorings.
Powdered sugar sachet 4%: sugar, wheat starch, flavorings.
